![]() Hi! I'm Tabby, creator of Embrace Her and a spiritual explorer, guide, facilitator, way-shower and pathfinder. My offerings and ways of serving were born from both my formal education/training, AND my personal experiences. I have been healing my own struggles with perfectionism, control, emotional denial, stress, self-neglect, and living in a constant state of underlying fear. I spent most of my life giving the bulk of my energy to my work, with little left over for myself or my loved ones. I didn't take care of myself physically, emotionally, or spiritually and found myself completely BURNED OUT. Not only did I have a physical health scare, but I lost all sources of joy and fun, had damaged most of my personal relationships, and eventually experienced an emotional/spiritual breakdown.
I have spent YEARS learning how to listen to my body and practice sacred self-care as I made a series of changes in my life. Now that I've elevated my wellbeing to priority #1, I have more energy, I am more productive in my work, and as I've gotten better at taking care of ME, the more effective I feel in my work and in my relationships.
